Know your size
Using a tailor’s tape measure, find the right size measure around the rib cage just below the breasts. When you get the measurement and it up to the nearest half inch and then add four to it. You want to come close to an even number, so you may need to add five to it.
Find the cup size by measuring the fullest part of your bust. Subtract your measurements from this and you have the cup size.
Supporting under wires
Get a bra that has under wires. These wires supports your breast, make sure that they are fitting well under your breast.
The back of the bra should be level across your back. To know if your bra is too small or too big, if it pulls up you have on a bra that is too big for you. This can lead to back pain down the road.
Observe when your bra wears out and replace it. You will notice this when the elastic is no longer there. Was your bra as directed and if not the best way to wash them is by hand wash in cold soapy water. Do not use a lot of friction since this will affect the elasticity of the bra.
